At the end of the training, participants will be able to properly choose and assess dietary assessment using the gold standard method. By knowing the best practices in dietary assessment, participants coming from academe, stakeholders, and other professional can properly use dietary intake data for educational, research, and program planning-monitoring-evaluation purposes.


1. Principles of nutritional status assessment
2. Dietary assessment at household and country levels
3. Levels of objectives in dietary assessment: methods and use at population and individual levels
4. Converting food intake into nutrient intake data
5. Development and validation of semi quantitative of food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ)
6. Quality control in dietary assessment
7. Principles and current issues on Food Composition Table


Participants will receive Certificate of Participation with accreditation from Indonesian Nutritionist Association/PERSAGI
General Requirement
1. At least bachelor or master degree holder
2. Good Englishproficiency
3. Commit to join training full-time (Monday to Friday at 8.00 am – 4 pm)
